Integration questions
- What platforms does Getcho integrate with?
- Getcho integrates with Shopify, Packiyo, RICS Software, CleanCloud, Slack, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and custom APIs. We also support AI Voice Agents, tablet order views, and CRM customer profiles. If your platform isn't listed, our team can build a custom integration.
- Can Getcho connect to my existing tools?
- Yes. Getcho is designed to plug into your existing workflow. Whether you use a warehouse management system like Packiyo, a retail ERP like RICS, or a Shopify store, we connect to your stack so you don't have to change how you operate.
- How long does integration setup take?
- Same day. Install the Shopify app, or connect Packiyo, CleanCloud, RICS or a custom setup, and you can quote and dispatch the same day. Our team helps set zones, cutoffs and pricing.
- Do I need a developer to set up an integration?
- No. Shopify, Slack, and WhatsApp integrations are self-service. For Packiyo, RICS, and CleanCloud, our team handles the setup. Custom API integrations may require your developer to work with our API documentation.
- Can I use multiple integrations at the same time?
- Absolutely. Many of our customers use Shopify for orders, Slack for internal notifications, and WhatsApp for customer updates — all running simultaneously through Getcho.
- Is there an API for custom integrations?
- Yes. Getcho provides a full API that lets you create deliveries, track orders, receive webhooks, and manage your delivery operations programmatically. Contact us for API documentation and access.
- Can a WMS connect to Getcho?
- Yes. Any WMS that supports outside carriers can add Getcho as a carrier, then quote, ship with a 4x6 label, track, void and cancel from inside the WMS. Packiyo works this way today.
- Does Getcho work with Advanced Shipping Rules?
- Yes. Getcho's live rates show inside the Advanced Shipping Rules app on Shopify, so stores that already use ASR can keep their rules and add Getcho's same-day and carrier rates to checkout.
- Do you work with WooCommerce, Square or Lightspeed?
- Yes. These aren't one-click apps: during setup, our team connects your WooCommerce, Square or Lightspeed orders to Getcho with you. From there, orders are dispatched, tracked and sent branded notifications like any other Getcho order.
- Can Getcho connect to my CRM?
- Yes. We connect Getcho to the CRM you already use as part of setup. Tell us which one you run when you book a demo, and we'll work out with you what customer and delivery data moves between them.
