- Getcho starts at $0/month for up to 100 deliveries. Paid plans are $99/month (500 deliveries included) and $349/month (2,500 included), with per-delivery overage rates of $1.50 and $1.10. High-volume operations get custom rates from $0.75 per delivery.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes — up to 100 deliveries a month, 2 drivers, and 1 location, with no card required. It exists so you can run real orders through Getcho before paying anything.
- What happens if I go over my monthly delivery limit?
- Nothing stops. Overage rates apply automatically mid-month, and if a higher plan would have been cheaper, we tell you. Deliveries are never blocked by a billing limit.
- How does Delivery Forensics pricing work?
- On any paid plan there is no base fee — you pay $0.15 per verified order plus 10% of claims we recover for you. Standalone (with any other carrier or courier) it is $29/month plus the same usage rates.
- Can I use Delivery Forensics without using Getcho for deliveries?
- Yes. Standalone Forensics works with orders delivered by any carrier or courier — connect your order source and it verifies proof of delivery, flags risky orders, and files claims.
